MC Truck Driver – Rigsafe Logistics

Permanent Full-Time | $35–$40/hr + Penalties | Up to $60/hr OT | High Wycombe

Rigsafe is looking for an experienced MC Truck Driver to join our growing Logistics team.

This is a permanent full-time position, offering an ordinary hourly rate of $35–$40 per hour depending on experience, plus applicable penalties and overtime rates of up to $60 per hour.

This is a hands-on, diverse role supporting the transport and logistics requirements of Rigsafe projects across Perth Metro and regional WA. You'll be transporting cranes, access equipment, construction materials and specialised loads, while also assisting with loading, unloading, yard operations and project logistics.

This isn't a drive-from-A-to-B-only role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of the operation, takes pride in their equipment and is happy to get involved when required.

The role is predominantly Monday to Friday day shift, with early starts, occasional night shift, weekend work and regional/away work depending on project requirements.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- MC truck driving across Perth Metro and regional WA

- Transporting plant, equipment, materials and project-related loads

- Loading and unloading equipment and machinery

- Assisting with load restraint and safe transport preparation

- Supporting day-to-day logistics and project deliveries

- Yard and equipment movements at our High Wycombe facility

- Completing required transport and compliance documentation

- Maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation and care

- Working closely with our Transport Manager, project teams and site crews





- Flexibility around start and finish times when project requirements demand it

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

- Current MC driver's licence

- Demonstrated experience operating heavy vehicles

- Experience transporting plant, machinery or construction-related loads

- Strong understanding of load restraint and transport compliance

- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to help the wider team

- A reliable work history and commitment to safety

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
