About the role

As a Fabricator / Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, fabricating and assembling steel components, and performing high-quality welding to meet customer specifications. You'll work both independently and as part of a supportive team in a well-equipped workshop.

Key responsibilities

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

- Fabricate, assemble, and repair steel and metal components.

- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to a high standard.

- Operate fabrication equipment including guillotines, press brakes, drills, milling machine & lathes.

- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines.

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

- Assist with on-site installation work when required.

About you

- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Fabricator.

- Proven welding and fabrication experience.

- Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings.

- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Current driver's licence.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

- Forklift, confined space or Working at Heights tickets are advantageous but not essential.
