Valiram is looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to join our Bath & Body Works Karrinyup team.

What You’ll Do

As the Assistant Store Manager (2IC), you’ll be the Store Manager’s key partner, helping lead the people, performance and day-to-day operations of the store.

You will:

- Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team

- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance





- Lead exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor

- Support day-to-day operations, stock management and visual merchandising standards

- Help create a positive, inclusive and high-energy team culture

- Identify opportunities to improve performance and customer engagement

- Confidently lead the store when the Store Manager is away

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Previous Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or retail leadership experience

- Strong people leadership and coaching skills

- Experience driving sales and achieving KPIs

- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment

- Strong operational and organisational skills

- A hands-on leadership style — you enjoy being on the floor alongside your team

- A genuine passion for customers, people and retail

Retail leadership experience is preferred, although strong leaders from hospitality or other high-volume customer environments are also encouraged to apply.
