Sky Plan Management has grown quickly over the last 12 months due to our highly personalised and responsive service. This position is a full-time temporary contract up to 1st October 2027, with the potential to extend.

Qualifications & experience

- Minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting

- Experience in NDIS Plan Management

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Demonstrate empathy and understanding when liaising with participants or their plan nominees, and third party service providers

- High level administrative skills and the ability to pick up software programs quickly. MS Office skills.

- Not afraid and roll up your sleeves and assist with day to day admin tasks including data entry where required





- Demonstrated ability to use your initiative and problem solve

- Excellent time management and ability to respond quickly to queries and requests

- Attention to detail is crucial

Tasks & responsibilities

- Assisting with daily invoice processing

- Assisting with intake via online, phone enquiries and third party referrals

- Assisting with setting up new plans in the NDIS portal and internal CRM

- Renewing and extending plans in our internal CRM

- Point of contact for queries from NDIS participants, plan nominees, support coordinators and service providers

- Following up on invoice related queries

- Assisting the Director with various tasks where required
