About the Role
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will help provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for members, guests and visitors.
Your duties may include:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Bar and beverage service
- Serving meals and clearing tables
- Processing customer transactions
- Assisting with functions and events
- Setting up and packing down function areas
- Maintaining clean and presentable dining, bar and service areas
- Following responsible service and food safety requirements
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a positive and friendly attitude
- Is reliable,
punctual and well presented
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Can work efficiently in a busy environment
- Has robust communication and customer service skills
- Is available for a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings when required
- Has hospitality experience — preferred.
- Holds a current RSA or is willing to obtain one
