The Role

This part time role supports and works with the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will have an opportunity to grow your skills through a range of professional services offered to customers. This role is diverse with a core focus on customer service, stock control, planograms and promotions. It is a Part time role ideally suited to an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Pharmacy Assistant.

Key responsilbities:

- Enhancing customer loyalty and new customer acquisition through strong customer orientation and the delivery of impeccable service

- Assisting in all brand-initiated programs, including promotional activations, health promotions and team training.

- Assisting with stock ordering,



receiving and control processes

- Commitment to delivering exemplary patient care, professional health services, and customer care

- General stock maintenance, OTC sales and merchandising

- Implementation of planograms

Skills & experience:

- Previous experience in a Pharmacy workplace is essential

- Ability to work with a medium sized team

- Ability to embrace our exciting and innovative strategic objectives

- High competency levels using various computer applications

- Assisting with stock control, ordering, catalogues and in store promotions

- Ability to maintain a high-level presentation of the store and service areas
