Ray White Keevers Group is looking for an experienced, motivated and energetic Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our award-winning North Beach team.

You’ll manage an established and manageable portfolio, with strong management and administration support, modern systems and a team environment designed to make your day-to-day easier. A company vehicle is also available.
We’re looking for someone who knows Property Management, takes pride in what they do and genuinely enjoys building strong relationships with owners and tenants. In return, you’ll be supported with ongoing training, career development and direct mentorship from experienced industry leaders, backed by the strength of the Ray White Network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage an established portfolio from end to endBuild and maintain strong owner and tenant relationshipsManage leasing, applications and tenant selectionConduct routine and final inspectionsCoordinate maintenance and repairsManage lease renewals and rent reviewsManage arrears, compliance and general portfolio administrationProvide a high level of service and communication to owners and tenants




REQUIREMENTSMinimum 3 years’ Property Management experienceCurrent WA Property Management Registration or Real Estate LicenceCurrent Australian Driver’s LicenceStrong knowledge of WA Property Management legislationExcellent organisational and time-management skillsConfident decision-making and problem-solving abilityExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsHigh attention to detailWell presented and professionalProactive, positive and solutions-focusedAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
