Build capability. Challenge thinking. Shape the future of work.

We’re transforming the way we partner with leaders and are looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who thinks beyond traditional HR, builds trusted partnerships and helps leaders make better workforce decisions.

Use workforce data and evidence to inform better decisions and longer-term organisational improvement.

Balance immediate workforce challenges with strategic priorities to improve organisational performance.

What success looks like

You’ll build leadership capability, support better workforce decisions and contribute to meaningful organisational improvement - building capability, not creating dependence.

What you’ll bring

Strong employee and industrial relations capability,

Practical problem-solving and the ability to identify underlying causes.

Confidence coaching, influencing and building leadership capability.

Resilience and professionalism.
