What you'll be doing

- Developing and implementing engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

- Documenting children's learning and development through observations, portfolios, and other assessment tools

- Building positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community

- Mentoring and supporting other educators in the centre

- Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

- Actively participating in centre operations, staff meetings, and career development

What we're looking for

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification

- Extensive experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher, ideally 3+ years

- Demonstrated experience in an Educational Leader or similar role

- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care

- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
