About the Role

IET is growing — and we're looking for an Electrical Project Manager to grow with us.

With a full order book and a strong pipeline of secured commercial projects across WA, we have the work. Now we need the right person to lead it.

In this role, you'll take ownership of commercial electrical projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, consultants, and our internal delivery teams to keep things running safely, on time, and on budget.

Your Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management — Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

- Team Leadership — Lead multidisciplinary project teams and support the development of those around you

- Budget Planning & Control — Develop and manage project budgets, including cost tracking and change management

- Procurement & Supply Chain — Source and manage procurement to ensure materials and services arrive when needed

- Safety & Quality — Implement and monitor safety and quality systems in line with IET's standards

- Performance & Production Control — Track progress against KPIs and timelines, addressing risks early

- Commercial & Contract Management — Manage scope, variations, claims, and contractual obligations

- Document Control & Compliance — Keep project documentation accurate and audit-ready

- Systems & Digital Tools — Make full use of project management platforms to maintain reporting and workflow efficiency

What You'll Bring





- 2+ years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager

- Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, and cost control

- Solid commercial and contract management capability

- Experience implementing safety and quality systems

- Familiarity with Procore, SimPRO, Aconex, or similar platforms (highly desirable)

- WA Electrical Worker's Licence

- A cooperative mindset and a genuine drive to deliver
