This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with a team, takes pride in running an organised warehouse, and looks for ways to improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily stock movement between the warehouse and retail stores
- Liaise with store managers and sales staff regarding stock transfers and customer pickups
- Lead the warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient daily operations
- Ensure warehouse procedures are followed
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and workflow
- Complete stock receipting
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse
About you
- Proven leadership or team-leading experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good time-management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Competent with Microsoft and Android systems
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting when required
- Knowledge of musical instruments is preferred but not essential
- A manual car licence is preferred but not essential
