We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member who takes pride in their work, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and wants to be part of a supportive and growing team.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping maintain the high standards that make Cartel Taqueria a favourite within the local community.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Opening and closing the venue
- Greeting and engaging with customers
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
- Processing transactions through our POS system
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
- Assisting with daily operational and cleaning tasks
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a current RSA Certificate (essential)
- Has previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)




- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their role
- Enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Leads by example and maintains high service standards
- Takes initiative and looks for ways to help the team succeed
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift
- Is available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
