About the role

Key responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting customers with inquiries

- Helping customers select over-the-counter medications and healthcare products (within their scope of training and authorization)

- Advising on basic product use and referring complex questions to the pharmacist

- Processing sales transactions and handling cash or card payments

- Compounding medication in the laboratory

- Supporting nursing home and community patients with supply and deliveries

- Supporting store and group initiatives with services like vaccinations, sleep apnoea and health checks

- Experience is not necessary as training and resources will be provided to grow your knowledge and career

- Passion for the delivery of outstanding customer care

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Genuine interest in health, wellness and nutrition
