About the project
We are building our team for a major transport infrastructure project in Perth that will help shape the future of Western Australia's road network.
Delivered through an Alliance model, the project includes major road, bridge, drainage, rail interface and traffic management works across a significant transport corridor.

About the role
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior HR Advisors, who would like to partner with project leaders to deliver effective people and HR outcomes across the project lifecycle. You’ll provide trusted advice across workforce planning, employee relations, performance, capability and people initiatives.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in building and supporting a project team while working closely with senior leaders, the project team and the wider McConnell Dowell HR function.
Key responsibilities Lead workforce planning, mobilisation and employee lifecycle activities. Provide trusted HR advice and coaching to project leaders. Manage and support employee relations, performance and grievance matters. Support diversity, inclusion and project people initiatives. Identify development needs and support talent and succession planning.

What will you bring? 5+ years’ HR experience, ideally within a project workplace and/or the construction or infrastructure industry. Experience supporting projects across civil, rail, marine or major infrastructure environments would be highly regarded. Strong HR advisory capability,
with demonstrated experience across employee relations and industrial relations. Experience supporting large operational, project-based or mobile blue- and white-collar workforces. Strong workforce planning, mobilisation, performance and employee lifecycle experience. Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with project leaders and operational teams. A willingness to be mobile for future project opportunities, including potential FIFO assignments, would be advantageous as we continue to build our pipeline of major projects.
