Ray White Keevers Group is looking for an experienced, motivated and energetic Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our award-winning North Beach team.

You’ll manage an established and manageable portfolio, with strong management and administration support, up-to-date systems and a team environment designed to make your day-to-day easier. A company vehicle is also available.

We’re looking for someone who knows Property Management, takes pride in what they do and genuinely enjoys building strong relationships with owners and tenants. In return, you’ll be supported with ongoing training, career development and direct mentorship from experienced industry leaders, backed by the strength of the Ray White Network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage an established portfolio from end to end

- Build and maintain strong owner and tenant relationships

- Manage leasing, applications and tenant selection

- Conduct routine and final inspections

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs

- Manage lease renewals and rent reviews

- Manage arrears, compliance and general portfolio administration

- Provide a high level of service and communication to owners and tenants

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years’ Property Management experience

- Current WA Property Management Registration or Real Estate Licence

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence

- Strong knowledge of WA Property Management legislation





- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- Confident decision-making and problem-solving ability

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- High attention to detail

- Well presented and professional

- Proactive, positive and solutions-focused

- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment
