As a Concession Supervisor, you will bring the Commonry experience to life by leading your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success.

In This Role, You’ll Need To

Mentor, lead and develop a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiencesLead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve sales and service goalsDrive concession performance through solid commercial acumen and ownership of budgets and growth expectationsBuild strong customer relationships and create personalised styling experiencesManage stock levels, inventory and loss prevention practices to maximise sales opportunitiesEnsure the concession maintains Commonry’s visual standards and brand presentationPartner effectively with Myer leaders and team members to deliver a seamless customer experience

The Perfect Fit

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within fashion retailA passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving commercial outcomesA people-centric leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a teamStrong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to work autonomouslyConfidence providing feedback, recognising achievements and creating a positive team cultureExperience managing stock, inventory and loss prevention processes.
