Business Analyst | Cyber Security Service Delivery
Support the delivery of cyber security initiatives through business analysis, service delivery coordination, governance, reporting and process improvement. This 12-month Canberra opportunity will see you work with project managers, technical specialists and stakeholders to strengthen cyber security delivery outcomes.

Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline

Essential Tasks:

- Support cyber security services, projects and programs through delivery coordination, governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse risks, issues, dependencies and performance information to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Develop reports, briefing materials, dashboards, governance artefacts and delivery documentation.
- Support stakeholder meetings, workshops and governance forums while improving service delivery processes and reporting practices.

Key Criteria:

- Demonstrated experience supporting project, program, governance or service delivery activities.
- Strong analytical,



research and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, issues and improvement opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reports, briefings and stakeholder communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, with robust stakeholder engagement and prioritisation skills.
