Wallaby Hotel in Mudgeeraba is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Managers to join the team.

What's on offer

- $79,550-$85,000 + super, depending on the role, skills and experience
- AVM - up to $5,000 annual bonus

What we're looking for

- Some experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or hospitality leader
- A current RSA and RSG,



with RMLV or willingness to obtain it if required
- Experience in a busy hospitality environment - pubs, bars, restaurants, gaming or similar
- A good understanding of operational standards, compliance and WHS
- A hands-on leadership style and someone who enjoys working alongside their team
- Someone who can stay organised and solutions-focused when things get busy
- Flexibility to work a rotating hospitality roster, including nights and weekends
- Most importantly, a genuine passion for hospitality, people and great service
