Maintenance Electrician – FMCG Manufacturing

$60/hr + OT + Super
Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing site based in Erskine Park. This is a permanent dayshift role offering strong hourly rates, consistent overtime and a reliable Monday–Friday roster.
Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you will play a key role in maintaining high-speed production lines and ensuring minimal downtime across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Electrical maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response on production equipment
- PLC fault finding and diagnostics across automated systems
- Preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities
- Working on conveyors, packaging machinery and processing equipment




- Supporting production to maximise uptime and efficiency
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety and compliance standards

About You:

- Trade qualified Electrician (NSW Electrical Licence)
- Strong experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Solid PLC fault finding experience (essential)
- Experience with automated production lines and packaging equipment
- Ability to work independently on shift and respond to breakdowns
- Strong safety mindset and team collaboration skills
