About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth while delivering an outstanding purchasing experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers throughout their vehicle buying journey
- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Managing and following up sales enquiries
- Identifying opportunities to generate new business and referrals
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Working collaboratively with the Finance and Aftermarket teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Providing exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A motivated and results-driven approach
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude




- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
