As a proven Sales Manager, you'll join our Residential team in Victoria, providing leadership and support for an established and high performing team of account managers and business development managers.

You'll work closely with painting contractors, builders and trade business owners, supporting them with trusted solutions from brands including Taubmans, while helping grow our residential business across Victoria.

This isn't a generic management role.

It's about building your teams' strengths to support market driven, customer led strategies and activities. leading by example and understanding that the best results come from clear strategies, underpinned by a strong sales culture.

How you'll make an impact

Success in this role comes from developing strong customer relationships, maintaining high levels of customer engagement and identifying opportunities that help both your customers and PPG grow.

You'll:

- Lead an established sales team with strong existing customer relationships

- Build trusted relationships with painting contractors, builders, trade business owners and residential construction customers

- Identify opportunities to develop your team, empowering them to grow existing accounts and win new business

- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain a strong presence within our key residential customer base





- Use CRM tools to manage customer activity, opportunities and pipeline visibility

- Support your team to achieve customer engagement and CRM performance objectives

- Partner with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

- Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

- Help strengthen PPG's position within the residential construction market
