A hands-on warehouse role with plenty of variety

Monday–Friday | No weekends | 3pm Friday finish

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join our Toowoomba team.

This is a warehouse role first and foremost – not a full-time forklift driving position.

You'll work across all areas of the warehouse, including picking and packing orders, receiving and dispatch, stock movement, loading and unloading trucks, general warehouse duties and forklift operation.

If you're an experienced warehouse all-rounder who enjoys variety, takes pride in doing things properly and is just as comfortable picking an order as you are operating a forklift, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day will include a mix of warehouse duties, including:

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock

- Loading and unloading trucks

- General stock movement and warehouse organisation

- Maintaining a clean, organised and secure warehouse

- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory

- Working with the rest of the warehouse team to keep orders and freight moving on time

This is a varied, hands-on warehouse role where you'll work across all areas of the warehouse. Forklift operation is a regular part of the job, but you'll also be actively involved in picking, packing, receiving, dispatch and general warehouse duties. The role can be physically demanding at times and includes manual handling and some heavy lifting, so you'll need to be comfortable with the physical requirements of day-to-day warehouse work.





About You

We're looking for a reliable and experienced warehouse all-rounder who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work and has strong attention to detail. Accuracy is important in this role, whether you're picking an order, checking incoming stock or preparing goods for dispatch.

You'll have:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, storeperson or similar role

- Strong attention to detail and a focus on getting orders right

- A current LF forklift licence

- Confident and safe forklift operating skills

- A strong work ethic and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

- The ability to safely perform the manual handling requirements of a warehouse role

- Reliable transport

Experience using warehouse management systems or basic computer systems would be an advantage.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is reliable, practical and willing to get involved in all aspects of warehouse work.
