Where you’ll be working
You will join an expanding regional medical department, delivering evidence-based general medicine and endocrinology services across a collaborative hospital network. The role focuses on managing complex inpatient and outpatient cases, driving service development in diabetes care, and mentoring junior medical staff. Practitioners also have access to structured support to establish private sessions with local partner facilities, allowing you to build a varied, multi-stream clinical career supported by established referral networks and reliable peer collaboration.

Salary
Base salary ranges from $193,191 to $282,912 per annum, plus up to 12.75% superannuation. Additional benefits include a motor vehicle allowance, dedicated career development allowance, leave loading, and flexible salary packaging options. The estimated total package value ranges from $364,366 to $564,548 per annum depending on experience and senior specialist classification.

Requirements

- Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP) or equivalent.
- Physicians eligible for the fast-track registration pathway are encouraged to apply.
