This is a full-time, hands-on position operating a range of machinery across construction and landscape sites, alongside an experienced crew on projects that demand precision, reliability, and a strong safety mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Operating earthmoving and construction machinery (excavators, skid steer, roller, etc.)
- Excavation site prep
- Civil works – trenching, pipe laying, and detailed excavation
- Ensuring quality workmanship and maintaining safety standards on site
About you
- Minimum 6 years' experience operating machinery
- Construction White Card
- HC or HR licence REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- A reliable, hands-on attitude and good communication skills
