Join a major transformation program delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions that support millions of Australians. This is an opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to take ownership of solution design across a complex enterprise workplace, working closely with product, delivery and architecture teams to shape the direction of a significant Salesforce platform.

Your new role

You'll be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, producing architecture artefacts, defining technical requirements, and providing guidance to architects and developers across the delivery lifecycle. The role has a strong focus on enterprise architecture, covering areas such as performance, scalability, resilience, security, observability and integration design. You'll also contribute to governance forums, roadmap planning and architectural decision-making across a large and evolving platform.

To be successful, you'll bring extensive experience delivering Salesforce architecture within large and complex environments. Strong knowledge across Salesforce Clouds,



Vlocity/OmniStudio and enterprise integration patterns will be key, along with the ability to engage stakeholders, influence technical direction and provide hands-on support through prototyping and solution validation activities. Experience working within SAFe environments will be highly regarded.

What you'll need to succeed

- Extensive Salesforce Solution Architecture experience

- Salesforce Cloud platform expertise

- Strong Vlocity / OmniStudio experience

- Enterprise integration architecture and design

- Non-functional architecture including performance, scalability, resilience and security

- Architecture governance and stakeholder engagement

- SAFe or large-scale Agile delivery experience

- Solid communication and leadership capability
