Seeking an experienced mobile plant mechanic based in the south-eastern suburbs

Your new role:

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Field Service Mobile Plant Mechanic to join a busy and supportive team. Working across customer sites, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing and repairing a range of mobile plant and heavy equipment.
Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Performing breakdown repairs and emergency call-outs
- Completing detailed service reports and maintenance documentation
- Maintaining high safety and quality standards at all times
- Building solid relationships with customers through professional field service support





What you'll need to succeed:

- Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic or similar
- Proven experience working on heavy mobile plant or earthmoving equipment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage field-based service activities
- Current Australian driving licence
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and customer service
