About the role

We are seeking a motivated, organised and friendly Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our growing civil construction team based in Coomera. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a fast-paced construction environment. You will be the first point of contact for the business while providing essential administrative support to our project, accounts, and management teams.

Key responsibilities

- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to general enquiries

- Greeting visitors, clients, suppliers and subcontractors

- Managing emails, correspondence and general office enquiries

- Providing administration support to project and management teams

- Data entry and maintaining accurate company records

- Filing, scanning and document management

- Assisting with purchase orders, invoices and accounts administration

- Coordinating office supplies and general office requirements

- Assisting with employee and subcontractor documentation





- Supporting compliance, onboarding and project administration

About you

- Friendly, professional and approachable

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

- Confident communicating with people at all levels

- Comfortable working in a busy construction environment

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

- Previous administration or reception experience is preferred but not essential

- Experience in construction or a similar industry will be highly regarded
