Working across kitchen, servery, cleaning and laundry services, you will collaborate closely with hospitality and clinical teams to ensure residents receive high-quality service and care. Our Domestic team members typically commence in one area and are cross-trained across all service areas, providing flexibility and variety in the role while supporting team needs.

About the role

As a Domestic team member, you will:

- Perform food handling duties in line with FoodSafe hygiene standards
- Assist with meal service, drinks and snacks while supporting resident choice
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the facility
- Complete cleaning schedules and documentation
- Manage laundry duties, including collecting, washing, folding and returning linen
- Ensure workspaces and equipment are clean, safe and well maintained
- Communicate effectively with residents and teams
- Contribute to a safe environment by reporting hazards and incidents
- Support a warm, home-like environment for residents

About you

- Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or similar environments
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, with a genuine interest in supporting older people




- Good time management and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with residents and colleagues
