Moon Dog Beach Club is an 800pax, jungle-beach-party inspired wonderland aiming to provide the very best in food, beverages and entertainment to the good people of the South East!

Our large, well equipped kitchen slings out pub classics and beachy-favorites to the masses!

We’re seeking experienced chefs to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. You will bring your experience in fast-paced, large kitchens to make Moon Dog Frankston one of the best places to eat in the West! The ideal candidates will have proven experience in similar roles (large, pumping, pub-like venues) and take great pride in what they do.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Recent experience in a similar role

- Strong food knowledge

- Positive, friendly attitude

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Solid knowledge of health and safety standards

- The ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

We can offer you:

- 1-3 shifts per week, with more in summer if you want it. Weekend availability is a must! Please let us know what you are looking for in your application.

This role is paid at Level 3 or 4 HIGA award, depending on qualifications.
