Now, we’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to bring our homes, people and projects to life online.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on creative role within our marketing team, where no two days will look the same.

You’ll be out capturing content across display homes, construction sites, client builds, new estates and events, while managing our organic social channels and helping shape our broader content and video strategy.

You’ll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas to the table, experiment with new formats and platforms, and turn everyday moments into content that gets people excited about building with Montgomery Homes.

Your Key Tasks

- Create engaging short-form video and social content across job sites, display homes, events and client builds.
- Manage our organic presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest, including scheduling, posting, community engagement and performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and broader business goals
- Analyse platform trends and present content suggestions to amplify across Montgomery Homes channels
- Support the delivery of our video strategy for the year, working alongside the Assistant Marketing Manager and our video production partner to bring key projects to life

build relationships with and coordinate micro-influencers and content creators to help extend our reach and showcase Montgomery Homes through fresh voices

What You'll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is creative, confident, curious and comfortable getting stuck in.

You’ll ideally have:

- 2+ years' experience in social media and content creation
- Confidence directing people on camera — from construction supervisors on-site to interior designers in a display home — and making them feel relaxed and natural.
- A degree in marketing, communications or digital media, or relevant training in social media and content creation
- Demonstrated experience creating and scheduling content across multiple social platforms (Vista Social platform experience highly desirable)
- Strong visual storytelling, content planning and social media copywriting skills
- Confident editing videos, with experience using tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro
- A current RePL and ability to operate a drone is highly regarded but not essential
