About the Opportunity

We're working with a number of established civil contractors delivering major infrastructure projects across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast and wider Southeast Queensland.

As a result of continued growth and strong project pipelines, we're seeking experienced Civil Project Managers to oversee the successful delivery of projects across TMR roads, water infrastructure, piling, subdivisions, bulk earthworks and major civil infrastructure.

These positions offer the opportunity to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, leading high-performing teams, driving commercial outcomes and developing strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Whether your background is in transport infrastructure, urban development, utilities or specialist civil works, there are multiple opportunities available with respected and growing contractors.

Salary & Benefits

- Up to $220,000 + Super + Company Vehicle

Key Responsibilities





- Manage the delivery of civil infrastructure projects from start through to completion
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, contracts and commercial performance
- Lead Project Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors to achieve key project objectives
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the civil construction industry
- Experience delivering TMR roads, water infrastructure, piling, subdivisions, bulk earthworks or major civil infrastructure projects
- Robust commercial, contractual and financial management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities
- Civil Engineering qualification will be highly regarded
