The position supports the manufacturing and distribution of heavy-duty filtration products throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Papua Recent Guinea.
We are seeking a Warehouse Storeperson / Stock Picker to join a close-knit warehouse team. This is a hands-on stock picking and receiving role, working across warehouse operations using RF scanners, forklifts and stock picker equipment.
Please note: This is not primarily a forklift loading role. A key part of the position involves operating a stock picker and working at heights of up to 7 metres to pick and receive cartons.
Location: Kilsyth VIC
Salary: $62,600 + afternoon loading
Shift time: AFTERNOON SHIFT - Monday – Friday 2.54 pm - 11.00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, receive, store and dispatch warehouse goods
- Operate stock picker equipment at heights of up to 7 metres
- Use RF scanners and computer systems to check stock and retrieve pick lists
- Accurately select, check and prepare customer orders
- Receive incoming goods and identify damage or discrepancies
- Complete stocktakes and general inventory duties
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse
- Follow all WHS procedures and safe work practices
- Complete manual handling duties, including occasional lifting of up to 25kg
What You’ll Need
- Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
- Comfortable and confident working at heights of up to 7 metres on a stock picker
- Previous warehouse, picking, receiving or storeperson experience preferred
- Ability to use or learn RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Good attention to detail and basic numeracy skills
- Physically capable of performing manual warehouse duties
- Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow procedures
- Reliable, respectful and positive attitude
An LO licence is not essential. For the right candidate, support can be provided to obtain their LO licence.

Experience is preferred but not mandatory, provided the candidate has the required licenses. We value the right attitude and the ability to be trained.
