Digital Business Analyst | 12 Month Contract | Sydney CBD

Dynamics 365 CE and web transformation | Waterfall delivery

I am partnering with a major Sydney based organisation to find an experienced Digital Business Analyst for their Digital Services Program. This is an initial 12 month contract with genuine extension potential, working across a portfolio of website transformation, customer engagement and digital forms projects.

About the role

You will sit at the centre of the program, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, vendors and the delivery team. Reporting to the Digital Services Program Manager and working alongside multiple project managers, you will move across several concurrent projects rather than being locked to one.

Day to day you will be:

- Preparing project business cases and investigating business problems through to recommended To-Be solutions
- Running requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders, then translating what you hear into clear, defensible documentation
- Producing process maps and swim lane diagrams to support business process change
- Contributing to market investigation documents including EOIs and RFPs
- Supporting test planning and testing activities
- Authoring reports and submissions that go up for executive level sign off

What you will need





- 7 to 10+ years as an IT or Digital Business Analyst, with a documentation heavy background
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Recent end-to-end delivery in one or more of: website transformation, website customer engagement, CMS implementation (Sitecore ideal), digital forms platforms, or digital business process improvement
- Demonstrated waterfall delivery experience within the last five years, including formal requirements sign off
- Confidence holding technical conversations across analytics, content modelling, UX, front end development, CMS configuration, integrations and SEO
- Exceptional written communication, with a fact based, evidence led approach to recommendations
- Sydney based, with the ability to work onsite in the CBD

A note on fit

This is a digital BA role, not a functional or ERP BA role. If your Dynamics experience is Finance and Operations or Business Central, this one will not be the right match. If you have shaped web and CRM customer journeys and can show the artefacts behind them, we should talk.
