As a Time & Attendance Advisor, you will support and optimise our time-tracking systems and processes across UKG and Workday. You will partner closely with People & Culture, Payroll, managers, and system specialists to ensure accurate and consistent time and attendance practices across the organisation. You will identify improvements, support users, and ensure compliance with Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
This role blends detail‑focused analysis with broader process improvement — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys solving complex system challenges. The role is based in Redfern. Key Responsibilities: Develop knowledge of UKG and Workday time & attendance processes to ensure accurate and compliant system operation.
Monitor user compliance, troubleshoot issues, provide user support. Deliver training, develop user-friendly documentation, and resolve escalated time & attendance queries. Ensure timely and effective ticket allocation and resolution for T&A; queries.
Collaborate with managers and People & Culture teams to support consistent national time‑tracking practices and drive process improvements. About you Our ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving processes and systems.
You enjoy solving problems, supporting stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced setting where accuracy and customer service are critical. Experience working knowledge of UKG and Workday HCM time and attendance functionality is desirable. Knowledge of time and attendance processes, workforce planning, payroll operations, and employee data management.
Understanding of Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and workforce compliance requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and resolve issues effectively. Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
