Looking for a field service role with a company vehicle, OEM training and exposure to quality construction equipment? Tutt Bryant Equipment is looking for a qualified Mobile Plant Mechanic / Field Service Technician to join our Sydney service team.

The role is initially based from Granville and will transition to our new Narellan facility later in 2026. You’ll spend much of your time in the field supporting customer equipment across the Sydney region.

The Role & Your Requirements

About the role

Reporting to the Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for emergency repairs and maintenance of all types of construction equipment and components.

Based initially out of our Granville facility the successful applicant will be responsible for the below duties and later in 2026 we are going to be moving to a large facility in the Southwest in Narellan.

Duties

- Trouble-shooting, repairing and maintenance of customer equipment and their components; hydraulics, transmissions and engines

- Compiling and completing accurate reporting

- Working as a team to manage your time and maximise efficiency

- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

- Work alongside a high performing team, who are passionate about the gear they work on

Skills & experience

- Fully qualified in Mobile Plant Mechanic with practical experience

- Previous experience working on construction machinery (great to have)

- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures

- A proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethic

- Ability to pass a pre-employment D&A; screen and functional assessment
