Help build the learning culture behind Australia's newest premium BEV & REEV SUV brand, from the ground up.

About iCAUR

iCAUR, created by Chery, is an accessible premium BEV & REEV SUV brand that launched globally at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2025. Designed for drivers who want design, technology and a premium ownership experience — with the freedom to accessorise and make it their own — iCAUR occupies genuine white space in the market: above the volume Chinese entrants, below the traditional luxury set. Anchored by the "Born to Play" brand spirit and powered by REEV technology that removes the last barrier to going electric, iCAUR launches in Australia and New Zealand in Q2 2027. iCAUR is backed by Chery Automobile — the top-selling Chinese auto brand in China for 15 consecutive years, with more than 7 million vehicles sold worldwide and a trusted joint-venture partner to Jaguar Land Rover in China.

The Role

The Technical Trainer at iCAUR Australia is pivotal to establishing the effectiveness of customer-facing staff — including Sales Managers and consultants — through a structured learning program. You'll manage a blend of online and face-to-face sales-process and product training, building a genuine learning culture across the expanding iCAUR Australia dealer network in support of the brand's ongoing growth.

What You'll Do

- Set objectives to lift customer experience quality through lead management, inquiry conversion and effective sales process.

- Develop training plans in consultation with management, surveying the network to baseline competency and set targets.

- Build a needs analysis to profile the network across introductory, intermediate and advanced knowledge and experience levels.

- Prioritise Sales Manager training roll-out ahead of Sales Consultant training, reinforcing the right behaviours with retail leaders first.

- Maintain accurate network training records and ensure training policy is consistently upheld.

- Own the Training & Development budget and propose the annual blended learning schedule.

- Work with external providers to deliver 'road to a sale' and '6-position' sale process training for cadets through to experienced high performers.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years' experience in a similar OEM automotive role.

- Bachelor's degree in a commercial discipline, marketing, HR or related field.

- Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving ability.

- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CRM systems.

- Knowledge of the automotive distribution network and customer needs.

- Willingness to travel 50–70% throughout the region.
