About the Role

As a Part-Time Retail Team Member, you will play an key role in creating a positive experience for our customers and supporting the day-to-day operation of the store.

This is a hands-on retail position where every day is different. You will assist customers, provide product advice, maintain high standards of store presentation and work alongside the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and assisting customers with friendly, knowledgeable service

- Providing footwear fitting and sizing advice

- Assisting customers with sporting equipment, footwear and apparel across a range of sporting categories

- Recommending products that best meet customers' needs

- Processing sales transactions accurately through the point of sale system

- Replenishing stock,



merchandising displays and ticketing products

- Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store

- Supporting catalogue launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns

- Assisting with online order fulfilment and Click & Collect orders

- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals

- Assisting with general store operations as required

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

- Enjoy providing outstanding customer service

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

- Be organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment

- Be reliable, motivated and have a strong work ethic

- Enjoy working as part of a team

- Have previous retail experience, which will be highly regarded

- Have an interest in sport and an active lifestyle, which will be viewed favourably

- Be available to work across a retail roster, including weekends as required
