About us
Just Support Services delivers person-centred support to people living with disability across South West Sydney, Illawarra and South Coast. We operate a Supported Independent Living (SIL) model, which means 24/7 support, a workforce that has to be rostered and compliant around the clock, and an organisation that has to hold up to NDIS audits. We work alongside participants, their families, support coordinators and the communities they live in
About the role
As the General Manager- Operations, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the business. Reporting to the Directors, this is a broad role in a small executive team that will be responsible and accountable for how services are delivered, how the organisation performs against the NDIS Practice Standards, and how our workforce is led and supported.
About you
You have had experience running an operation like this before. You know what an SIL roster costs when it goes wrong, what an auditor asks for, and how to hold a line on compliance without stalling service delivery. You are comfortable making the call and equally comfortable telling the Directors when a decision needs to sit with them.
What we offer
- Salary Range: $140,000 to $160,000
