Receptionist – Auto Classic BMW Osborne Park

Representing BMW, MINI and Motorrad, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, calling the dealership, or attending service appointments. If you love delivering exceptional service, keeping a busy front desk running smoothly, and working in a premium environment, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcoming customers into our new Osborne Park showroom with warmth and professionalism

- Managing a busy switchboard and directing enquiries to the right teams

- Supporting sales and service with appointment bookings and admin tasks

- Maintaining a polished and organised front-of-house environment

- Assisting with dealership events, hospitality and customer experience moments

- General administration and ad-hoc support across departments

What we’re looking for

- A friendly, well-presented communicator with a customer-first mindset





- Previous reception, hospitality or customer service experience

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask confidently

- Skilled phone manner and solid computer skills

- Someone who enjoys being part of a fast-paced, premium brand environment

Hours & Availability

This is a full-time role, Wednesday evenings and Saturday morning shifts required.
