SITE SUPERVISOR – CIVIL SERVICES & EARTHWORKS

We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and lead civil construction projects across earthworks and civil services.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has at least five years strong experience supervising earthworks and civil construction

- Can confidently manage crews, plant and subcontractors

- Understands levels, set-out, drainage and civil services

- Prioritises safety, quality and productivity

- Can read plans and work closely with project management and surveyors

- Has robust, positive, communication and leadership skills

- Takes ownership and leads by example on site
