Hays is partnering with a consultancy delivering critical projects across the Defence sector. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Financial Analysts to support a range of complex and high-profile programs.
This role will suit finance professionals who enjoy working closely with project teams, providing commercial insight, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and strategic advice within a fast-paced environment.

Your recent role

- Experience in financial analysis, management accounting or project finance
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and analytical capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Defence, Federal Government or consulting experience will be highly regarded
- Preffered candidate will have a current NV1 security clearance

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in financial analysis, management accounting or project finance
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and analytical capabilities




- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Defence, Federal Government or consulting experience will be highly regarded
- Australian Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance may be required
