AI Portfolio & Engagement Advisor

We're investing seriously in AI, and we're looking for someone to sit at the centre of that journey. It's a business-facing role for someone who can build trust with stakeholders, spot genuine opportunity, and guide ideas through to real, measurable outcomes.
You'll be the primary engagement point for business areas across the organisation looking to leverage AI, the person who takes an idea from "AI could help us here" through to a shaped, governed, funded and delivered initiative.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building strong relationships with business areas to understand strategic priorities and surface AI opportunities
- Facilitating discovery workshops, ideation sessions and business consultations to identify AI use cases
- Helping business areas define opportunities, expected outcomes, benefits and success measures
- Maintaining and managing the AI Initiatives Register and opportunity pipeline
- Coordinating initiatives through governance, risk and assurance processes, including FAIRA assessments
- Acting as the central coordination point between business owners, delivery teams and governance stakeholders
- Preparing executive reports, dashboards and portfolio performance updates
- Supporting development of AI literacy and capability across the organisation,



including Communities of Practice

What You'll Bring

- Strong experience in business relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in portfolio and pipeline management
- Business analysis and opportunity assessment skills
- Background in digital transformation and innovation
- Experience with governance and assurance processes
- Benefits management and business case development experience
- Confidence in executive reporting and communication
- A genuine interest in AI strategy and adoption, you don't need to be technical, but you need to speak the language
