Overview

We are seeking a highly aspirational and experienced Financial Accountant to join our Finance team, gaining broad exposure across a range of accounting and finance activities in a fast growing, leading manufacturing business.

This is an intermediate level role designed to build upon existing financial and accounting foundations and technical skills in a agile business environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial Manager and other Financial Accountants, supporting day-to-day finance activities, reporting and ongoing process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Ownership and support of day-to-day finance and accounting activities
- Assist with preparation of financial and management reports
- Works collaboratively with other Financial Accountants, peer reviewing work and validating financial and non-financial information
- Support budgeting,



forecasting and financial analysis activities and provides recommendations and pathways forward based on evidence and detailed analysis
- Assist with external and internal stakeholder compliance requirements, including taxation and reporting
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience within commercial environment
- Previous manufacturing and construction experience highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and self (and peer review) ability
- A proactive, autonomous approach with strong time management and the ability to manage competing priorities
