Are you an experienced HR skilled who thrives on building foundations, improving processes, and driving organisational capability?

Lindian Resources is seeking a governance minded HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a six-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a growing international mining company and help shape the future of our HR function.

Working closely with the Global HR Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening HR frameworks, implementing new processes, and supporting strategic workforce initiatives across Australia and our international operations.

About the Role

This role has been created to support the continued growth of the business and the evolution of our People & Culture function. You will assist in designing and implementing a robust HR framework, establishing clear governance processes, and driving key strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing HR policies, procedures and basic training material

- Assisting with the delivery of HR governance and compliance initiatives

- Contributing to the development of HR systems and processes, including performance management processes

- Supporting the rollout of culture, engagement and performance initiatives, including values, performance reviews, and succession planning

- Ensuring HR compliance, documentation,



approvals and reporting processes are maintained

About You

You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, and delivering practical solutions.

You will bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline

- Demonstrated experience in an HR Advisor or HR Compliance role

- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice

- Experience developing HR policies, procedures and frameworks

- Exposure to HRIS implementation, optimisation, or process improvement projects

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment

- Experience within mining, resources, construction or project-based industries will be highly regarded
