HR Generalist / HR Advisor – 2 Days Per Week

Are you an experienced HR Generalist or HR Advisor looking for a flexible opportunity where you can make a genuine impact without committing to a full-time role?

Our client is a growing and successful finance and leasing business seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team 2 days per week. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, providing practical HR advice and helping a growing business build strong people practices.

About the Role

Working closely with management, you will provide practical, commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle, including:

- Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement

- Managing performance and employee relations matters

- Assisting with policies, procedures and HR documentation

- Supporting compliance with employment legislation and best practice

- Providing advice on remuneration, performance reviews and workplace issues

- Helping develop and improve HR processes as the business continues to grow

About You

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is practical, approachable and confident providing advice across a broad range of HR matters.





You may be an experienced HR Generalist looking for greater flexibility, a professional returning to the workforce after a career break, or an experienced HR practitioner who would prefer a rewarding part-time opportunity rather than a full-time commitment.

You will ideally have:

- Solid generalist HR experience

- Strong knowledge of Australian employment practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A practical and solutions-focused approach

- The confidence to work autonomously and build strong relationships with stakeholders

- Previous experience supporting a small to medium-sized business would be highly regarded
