Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate documentation from Design Development through to project completion

- Manage consultant coordination, ensuring design intent is maintained across all stages

- Design and documentation in Revit

- Contribute to construction detailing and project delivery for major multi-residential and mixed-use buildings

Skills & Experience

- Registered architect (ideal), operating at a level of Project Lead

- Demonstrated background in multi-residential towers and complex mixed-use projects

- Confident managing the documentation process and coordinating with consultants

- Advanced Revit capability with strong BIM understanding

- Thorough knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and construction detailing

- Strong communication and organisational skills, able to work well in a small and collaborative team
