We're partnering with a well-established manufacturer on the Gold Coast to recruit a newly created Supply Optimisation & Planning Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys looking at the bigger picture and wants to have a genuine impact on how a business plans for the future.The role has been created to strengthen planning capability across the organisation, bringing together demand, supply, inventory, capacity and logistics to support smarter decision-making and business growth.

They're looking for someone who loves reviewing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving optimisation initiatives. There are also future plans to further develop the planning function, including the potential implementation of a new demand planning system, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building capability and leading change.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop medium and long-term supply and capacity plans.
- Analyse demand trends, constraints and opportunities across the network.
- Lead scenario modelling and supply chain optimisation initiatives.
- Support S&OP; processes with clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and cost-to-serve.
- Drive planning process improvements and system capability enhancements.
- Partner with Commercial, Manufacturing,



Logistics and Finance teams to align business priorities.

About You
- Experience in Supply Planning, S&OP;, Demand Planning or Network Optimisation.
- Background within FMCG manufacturing
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capability.
- Experience with ERP, forecasting and planning systems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and passion for driving change.
- Someone with energy, initiative and the drive to challenge the status quo and build capability for the future.
