About Treetop Early Learning:
Treetop Early Learning is a growing, collaborative community where educators are supported, valued and inspired. Our Ascot Vale centre opened over a year ago and has already welcomed many wonderful families. We’re continuing to grow while maintaining the warm, inclusive and connected environment that makes our service special. We believe children learn best when they are encouraged to be curious, creative and confident. Our play-based approach supports children to explore, discover, problem-solve and develop skills that will stay with them for life. Solid, respectful relationships with families are at the heart of our practice, and we believe great outcomes for children begin with a team that feels connected and supported.





Your Role as Educational Leader:
As our Educational Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping and strengthening educational practice across the service. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll work alongside educators, children and the broader leadership team to inspire high-quality practice and continuously improve learning outcomes.

- Lead, mentor and coach educators across all rooms.
- Support educators to develop and implement meaningful educational programs.
- Guide and strengthen daily practice and intentional teaching.
- Support reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Inspire educators to create engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Director, Assistant Director and Operations Manager.
- Contribute to a positive, connected and professional team culture.
- Help ensure our educational practices reflect the individual interests, strengths and needs of every child.

It’s more than a dining space — it’s an important part of the community we’re building at Treetop.
We’re looking for an Educational Leader who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys bringing educators together around a shared vision.

You’ll have:

- A recognised Early Childhood Education and Care qualification.
- Previous experience working as an Educational Leader.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Current Mandatory Reporting, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Red Nose Safe Sleep and SunSmart training.
- Food Safety Supervisor and Food Allergen certification.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- A genuine passion for mentoring educators and improving outcomes for children.
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
