An experienced Mechanical Site Manager to lead delivery on a major commercial project in Sydney. This is a hands-on role for a solid operator who can run site day-to-day, own the programme and QA, and manage a live subcontractor base through to defect-free handover. A great opportunity for a Melbourne-based operator ready to step onto a large, complex project with genuine career upside.

About the Role

- Lead mechanical services delivery on a major project
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site labour daily
- Own the programme, look-aheads and progress tracking
- Coordinate QA, ITPs, hold points and defect close-out
- Drive fire-rated ductwork, dampers and fire-mode coordination

Skills & Experience





- Proven $10M+ mechanical package delivery in Australia
- Strong QA, ITP and concealed-services inspection background
- Confident with Aconex, iTWOcx or similar platforms
- Solid grasp of mechanical fire-rating requirements
- Available for planned Saturdays and out-of-hours work
