About the Project: Jinbi Solar Farm
DT Infrastructure is delivering the 75MW Jinbi Solar Farm in Western Australia's Pilbara region, a landmark renewable energy project on Yindjibarndi Country. Comprising around 160,000 solar panels, the project will supply clean, reliable power to Rio Tinto's operations and play a key role in decarbonising the region while supporting long-term community and economic outcomes.
About the Position
We are seeking an organized Site Administrator to join our project team and deliver administrative support for smooth day-to-day site operations.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will focus on workforce mobilisation, travel logistics, and site compliance. You will maintain audit-ready documentation, assist site leadership, and coordinate personnel onboarding to keep project operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site mobilisation, workforce onboarding, and maintain accurate compliance records in Avetta.
- Manage travel, accommodation, and roster logistics for site personnel.
- Provide daily administrative support to the Project Manager, site supervisors, and project team.
- Maintain site registers for training, competencies, plant, visitors, and inductions.
- Support timesheet processing,
purchase orders, invoice receipting, and general cost tracking.
- Manage document control, site noticeboards, meeting minutes, and project reports.
- Applicable Roster Pattern 14:7
Experience & Capabilities
- Previous experience in site-based administration, project admin, or mobilisation in construction, mining, or infrastructure.
- Background in FIFO/DIDO site environments with experience managing high-volume travel bookings.
- Hands-on experience with site mobilisation systems, particularly Avetta.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Current Driver's Licence (Diploma in Business/Admin highly regarded).
